Managing Conflict in Cooperatives, Birmingham, 14th July 2018
In this one day training run by Rhizome coop, participants will:
– develop a deeper understanding of the role of communication in working with conflict
– explore and practise some of the co-operative skills and attitudes necessary for effectively managing conflict
Through engaging exercises, drawing on participants’ own experiences and considering case studies, the workshop will provide an opportunity to learn and reflect with a view to taking that learning back to their cooperatives.

Audience: Cooperative members, all levels of experience; people who are thinking of setting up a cooperative, or who are already in the process of setting one up.
